In November 2000, the group SEMPERIT AG Holding has acquired a majority of the shares in the company NIRLON Ltd. With a workforce of some 200 employees, this company owns a production capacity of 3500 tonnes per year of textile belts, which have a important place on the Indian conveyor equipment market.
