Metaltrans
The METALTRANS belt consists of an assembly of two layers of rubber-core impregnated cords.
Genuine carcass consisting of:
• one layer of cords in the warp direction
• one layer of cords in the weft direction
(instead of two for the METALCORD belt)
Our METALTRANS belt is constructed with cords equally tensed individually, just like the METALCORD belt. Each layer of cords, warp and weft, is separated by a layer of rubber to avoid any risk of fatigue corrosion. Belt complying with standard EN ISO 15236.
