Transoil

TRANSOIL, a range specially designed for conveying of oily/greasy products or products impregnated with hydrocarbons, vegetable or animal fats, mineral oils, solvents, diluted acids, etc., in a temperature range between -15°C and +100°C.

Multiply structure consisting of several plies of polyester warp / polyamide weft woven fabric with rubber interfaces. The TRANSOIL range is available with five possible covers:

G grade, high resistance to mineral oils and standard hydrocarbons.

GM grade, resistance to vegetable and animal oils and to oleaginous products.

JGM grade, anti-grease, fire proof as per ISO 340, NF EN 20340, DIN EN 20340 and EN 20340 (with covers) and anti-static as per ISO 284, EN 20284, NF EN 20284 and DIN EN 20284. Resistant to vegetable oils and oleaginous products. This grade is particularly
well suited to cereal silos.

JGF grade, high resistance to mineral oils and standard hydrocarbons. This cover is fireproof as per ISO 340, NF EN 20340, DIN EN 20340 and EN 20340 (with
covers) and anti-static as per ISO 284, EN 20284, NF EN 20284 and DIN EN 20284.

JGS grade, fireproof anti-grease as per ISO 340, NF EN 20340, DIN EN 20340 and EN 20340 flame resistant with and without covers and anti-static as per ISO 284, EN
20284, NF EN 20284 and DIN EN 20284.

COVER CHARACTERISTICS
Five types of covers are available to meet the stresses of varying degrees of severity generated by the materials handled. The standardised expansion tests (28 days at ambient temperature as per ISO 1817) give the following results in accordance with the severity of the oils.
