Biathlon/Triathlon
The BIATHLON belt consists of two plies of woven fabrics (polyester warp and polyamide weft) and a layer of highelasticity rubber distributing the force between plies.
The TRIATHLON belt consists of two plies of woven fabrics (polyester warp and polyamide weft) and a metal shield distributing the force between plies. This shield can also be positioned above the 2 plies to protect the carcass.

• Exceptional impact absorption capacity
• Reduced pulley diameters owing to the two-ply structure
• Exceptional fastener strength for the Triathlon belt (up to 80 % of the belt breaking strength)

The BIATHLON/TRIATHLON range is available in all types from 400/2 to 1250/2 and in all the cover grades indicated in our general documentation.
Areas of application
• Conveying of materials of large grain size on large centre distances with high outputs.
• For any application necessitating shock and tear resistance.
